Return Process
At Fenice s.r.l., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your trumpet mouthpiece, you may initiate a return within 30 days of purchase. You can contact our support team for detailed instructions on the return process. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges for Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days to arrange an exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.
